    Security Manager-Lagos

    Job Description

    • Coordinate daily security operations across all Southern sites—including BTS, switch stations, warehouses, and office

    • Conduct site risk assessments, vulnerability studies, and threat analysis regularly

    Manager, Commercial Contracts

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate the preparation and review of contracts to ensure commercial contracts are fit for purpose, mitigate contractual risks and are delivered within the operational budgets.

    Key Account Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage and grow tower leasing revenue from TowerCo, MNOs, and other infrastructure users.
    • Negotiate lease contracts, service level agreements, and pricing terms with clients.
    • Monitor and reconcile power consumption across leased assets and ensure accurate billing to tenants.
    • Monitoring, analyzing, and validating revenue streams to identify and prevent revenue leakage, ensuring accurate billing and collection processes
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as new tower deployments or upgrades

    Head of Security

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement a company-wide security framework aligned with Ntel’s business and operational goals
    • Establish security policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines for all Ntel locations and personnel

    Real Estate Manager – South

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and localize the corporate real estate strategy in Southern Nigeria
