    Key Account Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage and grow tower leasing revenue from TowerCo, MNOs, and other infrastructure users.
    • Negotiate lease contracts, service level agreements, and pricing terms with clients.
    • Monitor and reconcile power consumption across leased assets and ensure accurate billing to tenants.
    • Monitoring, analyzing, and validating revenue streams to identify and prevent revenue leakage, ensuring accurate billing and collection processes
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as new tower deployments or upgrades
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering, operations) to ensure uptime, service delivery, and compliance with lease terms
    • Track and report revenue performance for leased infrastructure and provide insights for revenue growth
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and service level agreements (SLAs)
    • Providing regular reports to management on account status, performance, and opportunities
    • Identify and close fiber leasing opportunities with ISPs, MNOs, and enterprise clients.
    • Drive co-location and rack space leasing within Ntel’s data centers
    • Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities in fiber, tower, and data center leasing
    • Ensure all leased infrastructure meets regulatory and safety compliance requirements

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Commercial, or related field.
    • MBA is an added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in telecom infrastructure leasing, enterprise sales, or key account management.
    • Experience managing large, complex accounts and driving significant revenue growth

    Competencies:
    Knowledge:

    • Strong industry knowledge and understanding ofmarket dynamics.
    • Strong knowledgeof fiber optics, tower infrastructure, and data center services
    • Knowledge of telecom power systems and billing mechanisms is an added advantage

    Skills:

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong commercialacumen and financial understanding
    • Excellent Negociation skill
    • Solid relationship management skill
    • Proficient in CRM, Excel, and contract management tools.
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
    • Good strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage complex lease agreements and technical sales processes.
    • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
