We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced School Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting knowledge, be highly organized, and have hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Process payroll and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets.
Monitor school fees and other revenue collections.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ accounting experience (school experience is an added advantage).
Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
