    Sales Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
    • Organize and coordinate brand consultant schedules
    • Training of new brand consultants

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will manage Online Sales Channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Website, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

    Responsibilities
    Online Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities.

    Social Media Management:

    Internal Auditor

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver internal audits of determined business areas or department
    • Prepare reports of audit findings and make recommendations to the business
    • Perform and control the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

    Car Mechanic

    Responsibilities

    • Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements
    • Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
    • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
    • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
    • Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
    • Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components
    • Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery

    Commercial Head - Mining

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all documentation related work with respect to exports and imports
    • Have regular contacts with all Shipping Line Commercial Heads, Account Managers and ensure the best freight and routing
    • Proactively make recommendations which can improve processes and systems to help the business commercially.
    • Establish and manage a solid sales support team to seamlessly manage sales from pricing to payments. Sales support team to be an effective single point of contact for all issues from the time sales team closes a sale and sends email with offer.
    • Build a Database of existing clients with all contact/vessel information – likewise for potential customers operating in the our serviced geographies
    • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, internal and externa
    • Establish business priorities to meet the customers' requirements.

    • Proactively address customer complaints by taking up with relevant stakeholder for solution and redressal.
    • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual business reports/plans, in conjunction with Unit Heads.
    • Assisting the Finance Department in the proactive management of debtors and reporting of the same. Weekly check, post and confirm the sales in ERP.
    • Support commercial market opportunities identified by Sales team, sales agents.

    Qualifications & experience

    • Degree in Business, Commercial or Finance
    • 15+ years experience in similar field with at least 5 years leading the commercial team
    • Nigerian native languages (Hausa, Tiv, Idoma, etc), strong English skills

    Skills:

    • Proven management experience from the terminal or shipping industry
    • Experience handling end to end operations cutting across warehousing, logistics, sales and business performance management is preferred
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
    • Trustworthy, ambitious, and able to work independently and in teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding. Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships.
    • Ability to use data and KPIs to assist in management decisions.
    • Fully comfortable with ERP & CRM platforms, Google Drive applications and MS Office.

    Business Development Manager (Steel Drums)

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
    • Scan the market and segment by industry sectors to develop and implement penetration strategies to enter newly identified markets.
    • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

    Trade Finance / Export-Import Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle port operations for clearing of goods.
    • Have relations with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Customs, and other relevant agencies.
    • Opening of LC (Letter of Credits) for imports.
    • Handle all documentation for Banks.
    • Handle all documentation for Imports and Exports related to banking and operations.
    • Handle Trade Finance desk, responsible for TRMS portal trade forms, NXP, Form M and others.
    • Draft LC ( Letter of Credit ), follow with the banks for LC issuance.

    • Coordinate with all sister companies in Nigeria on matters of export and import.
    • Advise necessary changes to streamline export and import.
    • Liaison with regulatory agencies for certification on NAFDAC, and SONCAP.

    Skills/ Requirements

    • Import Business experience of 5 to 10 years
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s is preferred.
    • Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
    • Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations
