    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking proactive and result-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
    • Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
    • Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
    • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
    • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding payments where applicable.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (experience in trading/building materials is an advantage)
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

    Finance Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
    • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
    • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
    • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed.
    • Manage expense reimbursements.
    • Help maintain and organize financial records for audits and tax purposes.
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
    • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 3 years plus proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Applicant must be willing to work a few hours on Saturdays.
