    Sales Pest Control Manager

    Job Description

    • Growing steadily with little competition, our company is perfectly situated to scale rapidly with the support of a strong, goal-driven Sales Pest Control Manager.
    • We are looking to fill in a Sales Pest Control Manager positions within Inside and Outside Sales that would oversee a team of reps.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.
    • Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer’s needs.
    • Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, exhibitions or conferences and professional development opportunities
    • Coordinate sales presentations to clients with your team by explaining the identified pest problems, instructing them about the services we offer to combat the pest problems, and setting reasonable expectations for resolution of the issues
    • Hitting daily department proactive number for cold calling B2B and B2C, and networking touches.
    • Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pest infestation.
    • Design and carry out pest management plans
    • Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests.
    • Measure the dimensions of the area needing treatment.
    • Inspect and knowing how to treat crawlspace areas.
    • Ensure customers satisfaction and continued patronage through a series of follow-ups and customer engagement.
    • Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections
    • Serve as a key member of the organization that is accountable for growing sales.
    • Overseeing the outside sales department to ensure maximum performance is achieved and monthly goals (KPI) are met.
    • Sets daily weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
    • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
    • Sales presentations and? bigwig? sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and gain new business within defined markets.
    • Hands on training, working alongside and development of sales reps.
    • Under understand and effectively communicate service offerings, functionality, positioning, and competitive advantage.
    • Build and maintain a professional networks of clients.
    • Contact clients after services are performed to ensure satisfaction.
    • Living and spreading the core values and culture; within the company and in your personal life.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or a related field
    • 4 to 7 years in Pest control sales.
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue and customer count thought direct (outbound) sales activities or oversee outbound sales activities.
    • Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal
    • Mastery of process driven sales. A consistent track record of process driven performance.
    • Experience building high performing teams and/or performing at a high level, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent.
    • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical sales and operations is required.
    • Able to motivate and get the most out of others.

    Sales Executive Analyst

    Position Overview

    • As a sales executive analyst, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
    • You will play a crucial role in promoting the best pest exterminators’ services, building strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
    • This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company in the Pest Control sector.

    Duties

    • Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.
    • Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer’s needs.
    • Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, exhibitions or conferences and professional development opportunities
    • Maintain awareness of pertinent customer information, future plans and payment performance, and communicate any information that would affect company decisions.
    • Market products and services to prospective clients.
    • Adequately explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of our products and services.
    • Access crawl spaces and tight attics as needed during inspections
    • Prospect and develop new business sales through cold-calling, telemarketing and networking and social media
    • Make sales presentations to clients by explaining the identified pest problems, instructing them about the services we offer to combat the pest problems, and setting reasonable expectations for resolution of the issues
    • Explain procedures to the clients and accurately complete and obtain client signatures on paperwork
    • Estimate pest control costs and preparing plan recommendations
    • Complete sales form accurately for our technicians to complete service correctly.
    • Manage relationships with existing customers
    • Ensure customers satisfaction and continued patronage through a series of follow-ups and customer engagement.
    • Gather information on competitors, suggesting strategies for to attain a sustainable competitive advantage
    • Monitor market trends, product performance and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, also preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections
    • Under understand and effectively communicate service offerings, functionality, positioning, and competitive advantage.
    • Build and maintain a professional networks of clients.
    • Contact clients after services are performed to ensure satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in Pest control sales.
    • Sales and marketing skills, with experience in B2B and C2C sales
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Understanding of the leadership and personal development industry
    • Self-motivated and results-driven

    Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial include:

    • Experience in the Pest Control Industry especially its sales and marketing
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Data analysis and reporting skills
    • Fluency in multiple languages.
