    Sales Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle online orders from the customer and delivery department.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop strategies for improving our customer satisfaction.
    • Establish and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
    • Answer customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
    • Keep an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience.
    • Inform product developers of possible improvements and changes to ensure the company products meet current market needs.
    • Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
    • Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification
    • Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience.
    • Proven sales experience.
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
    • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Accountant - Restaurant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Process data through the sales and purchase ledgers from receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction.
    • Reconcile bank statements against payment vouchers, purchases, and sales ledgers.
    • Utilize financial transactions through Sage and other accounting applications.
    • Determine the costs of performances, functions, and activities in a manner that facilitates analysis and valid comparisons with established criteria among time periods.
    • Monitor budget, stock taking, stock reconciliation, and monthly stock valuation.
    • Prepare a monthly financial statement.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of HND in Accounting.
    • A minimum of two years of related experience.
    • Attention to details
    • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
    • A proven track record of using Microsoft Office Suite and accounting programs such as SAGE, Peachtree, Quick Book, etc.
