To ensure that the product being manufactured meets the company's standards, policies, and practices.
And prepare short and long-term plans in a bid to increase the efficiency and profitability of the plant
Responsibilities
Ensures there is smooth running of production, batch coding, filling and packaging sections and ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Responsible for Production Areas, equipment’s, operations and proper record keeping
Provides plan for production personnel requirement, matching labour with workload without carrying excess labour
Responsible for general cleanliness/orderliness of all machines, equipment’s, tools within manufacturing areas
Responsible for the manufacturing of company’s products in accordance with appropriate master formula and procedures, which ensure that targets are met and errors avoided
Documents all operations activities including hourly, daily output, downtime/breakdown etc. and to prepare and submit daily production report
Ensures or alert the QA department calibration/validation of all manufacturing equipment and machines as required
Carry out any other function as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
B. Pharm (Min)
Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production
Ensures that all standard yields are maintained by production lines.
Reviewed production records for accuracy and compliance
Maintained and organized all records and documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)
Good interpersonal relationship
Ability to handle situation under pressure
Good knowledge of local language & skills in communication
Strong analytical and excellent presentation skills;
Language proficiency in English
Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a can-do attitude;
Work collaboratively with colleagues and perform other duties as reasonably required to achieve the goals of the company.
