    Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • The primary objective is to generate revenue by identifying and securing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients and promoting the company's products and services. 
    • The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting market research, following up on leads and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Target both business clients (C&I) and individual customers (B2C) with our solar power solutions Inverters and UPS systems. 
    • Actively prospect for new customers by cold calling, networking and following up on leads to create opportunities.
    • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
    • Develop and deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations, proposals and pitches to key stakeholders (businesses and individual clients).
    • Deliver measurable results by consistently hitting and surpassing monthly sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both business and individual clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to supervisor on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
    • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive offerings to fine-tune your sales strategy and remain ahead of the game.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years in direct sales, with experience in both B2B and B2C environments (preferably in the renewable energy and technology, or similar industry).
    • Educational Qualification: A minimum of OND in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Professional Qualification: Added Advantage.

    Operations & E-Commerce Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Operation and Ecommerce officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire business operations, ensuring a lean operation is maintained, engaging with potential customers, and converting these leads into sales. 
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong digital background, and a passion for eCommerce.

    Job Description

    • Create and implement the strategy for sales, including cross-sell and Up-sell of all products and services, in house and online to current and potential customers
    • Manage customers satisfaction, through right product delivery, on-time delivery, in right quantity, to right location, with competitive and cost saving delivery through 3PL to customers
    • Create initiatives and new business ideas and initiatives that would boost sales
    • Responsible for the business inventory & replenishment management (online & offline)

    Job requirement

    • HND / B.Sc Degree referably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, sales, operations, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools.
    • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, A strong drive to achieve sales targets and business goals.
    • Understanding of order fulfillment processes, customer service and problem-solving
    • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery.
    • Innovative mindset to generate new business ideas and strategies
    • Ability to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate transactions effectively.
    • Proficiency in preparing and communicating sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management.
    • Ability to deliver tasks with minimal supervision, openness to learning and ability to lead by example.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the business.

    Program Officer

    Job Description

    • Strengthen the economic livelihoods of rural women by developing and scaling income-generating programs.
    • Implement strategies to enhance digital and social media marketing for products made by rural women.
    • Utilize digital marketing tools to improve product visibility, brand positioning, and market access.
    • Identify and establish market linkages to expand sales and business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies that increase access to finance, training, and resources for women entrepreneurs.
    • Provide training on bookkeeping and business development to enhance financial management skills and ensure that women entrepreneurs can effectively track income, expenses, and profitability.
    • Work closely with the finance team to develop a structured growth and market access strategy, incorporating financial planning, pricing models, and sustainable business scaling approaches.
    • Support women in improving financial literacy, budgeting, and investment planning to ensure long-term business success.
    • Work closely with rural women to improve product quality, branding, and packaging for competitive market positioning.
    • Partner with the communication team to promote success stories and expand awareness of our programs.
    • Conduct research to assess economic growth trends and refine program strategies.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of economic empowerment initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
    • Facilitate community-based training on business development, digital literacy, and market access.
    • Prepare periodic reports on program performance, tracking key economic indicators and impact metrics.

    What They Expect from the Candidate
    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Business Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
    • At least three years of experience in economic development, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, or program management.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media management, e-commerce platforms, and online advertising.
    • Experience in bookkeeping and working collaboratively with finance teams to develop and implement growth and market access strategies that drive economic sustainability.
    • Proven experience in developing market strategies for rural or small-scale businesses.
    • Ability to create and manage partnerships for market access and financial inclusion.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills.
    • Passion for women’s economic empowerment and rural development.
