    Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and improving the company’s sales activities, increasing revenue growth & market share by generating new business opportunities.
    • Responsible for ensuring that the company’s Sales Strategy as revised from time to time and to ensure that set sales targets are met.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    Sales:

    • Conduct research on market insights, business opportunities, industries trends, new technologies and more;
    • Compile and provide business analysis results for strategy planning and decision making;
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on current and new business prospects and client and work activities to the team lead / management;
    • Generate leads, business opportunities and ensure their conversation to actual sales to meet sales target
    • Prepare business proposals and presentations for new and existing Clients;
    • Stimulate sales activities to attain or exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
    • Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
    • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports.

    Qualification & Experience Required

    • BS / MS Degree in Computer Science, Social Science or a related field
    • At least 5 years proven experience in Sales, customer relationship / Key account management.
    • Experience in customer support, knowledge of inter-networking technologies, security solutions and the competitive marketplace is an added advantage.

    Information Security Consultant

    Job Description

    • Responsible to responsible for keeping client’s data suitably protected and free from the risk of cyber-attacks and related problems.
    • Responsible for conducting reviews of client’s security, through to updating information security policies to ensure their success.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    • Administration of various Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
    • Administration of various Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS)
    • Administration of Various Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITSM)
    • Strategic consulting, including business plan and sales strategy
    • Strategic consulting for clients on how to align IT goals with business goals and objectives
    • Providing on and offsite consultancy support to clients in developing and implementing information security, business continuity and IT service management processes and procedures
    • Working autonomously with clients on PCI DSS & PPCI SSF certification projects
    • Liaising with clients at all levels, presenting results and coordinating client work and requirements
    • Conducting compliance and risk assessments
    • Completing PCI Report of Compliance (ROC)
    • Responsible for finalizing and delivering reports outlining test results and delivering presentations to management
    • Use security assessments as a mechanism to shape up security strategy for organizations in order to meet the challenges posed by evolving cyber threats
    • Documenting project plans, action plans, presentations and project results for clients
    • Define and produce client policies, procedures, processes and other documentations as required
    • Conduct mock audit/surveillance audit for clients as an ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 & ISO 20000 Lead Auditor
    • Managing the PCI DSS project end to end for clients
    • Perform security assessments/compliance for enterprises in various domains like banking, software development, retail, telecom, service providers, etc.

    Qualification & Experience Required

    • B.Sc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Similar Field
    • At least 5 years’ Experience in relevant Cybersecurity Role
    • Proven Track Record of Managing Complex Projects and Services

    Cyber Offense Specialist (Red Teamer)

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for providing valuable offensive security consulting to our clients through project, programme and embedded style engagements.
    • Responsible for developing technical solutions and new security tools to exploit security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
    • Responsible for Analyzing computer and electronic equipment to find evidence pertinent to a legal trial or internal investigation.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    • Conduct a range of penetration tests including infrastructure, network, cloud assessment, mobile application (Android/iOS), WIFI assessment and web application.
    • Participate in attack and breach simulations, including discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities, social engineering and conducting phishing campaigns.
    • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to exploit vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
    • Provide valuable offensive security consulting to our clients through project, programme, and embedded style engagements.
    • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
    • Conduct internal or external digital forensics investigations;
      • Retrieve data from virtual and physical devices
      • Collect and analyze network intrusion artifacts and evidence of malicious network activity
      • Reconstruct the series of events leading to a compromise or breach
      • Collect, process, analyze, and preserve digital evidence in criminal cases.
      • Extract and analyze metadata
      • Ensure chain of custody of digital evidence
      • Write technical reports to document case findings.
      • Identify potential threats and provide recommendations for better security.
    • Support and mentor junior consultants assisting the Delivery Manager with quality assurance and client engagements

    Qualification & Experience Required

    • BSc or BA In Computer Science, Engineering, or other Similar Field
    • At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Security (SOC Offence & Defence)
    • Previous work experience as a SOC Offense Analyst.
    • Proven track record of managing projects, services and people.
    • Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
    • The ability to run projects hit deadlines and communicate effectively with customers.
