    Sales Merchandiser

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Akure.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper display, visibility, and availability of products in retail outlets, as well as supporting sales growth through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure product visibility and quality presentation in retail outlets
    • Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
    • Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items
    • Build and maintain good relationships with store owners and managers
    • Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activities
    • Achieve merchandising goals and support sales team initiatives
    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure planogram compliance

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/NCE in any relevant field
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in FMCG
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be physically fit and able to travel within Akure
    • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Resides in Akure or its environs.
