    Sales Marketing Manager

    Overview

    • Bave Design Studio, a faith-based WordPress web design and digital solutions agency — is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, build strong partnerships, and lead creative marketing initiatives that attract high-value clients in the beauty, fashion, and service industries.
    • This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who understands both digital marketing strategy and sales conversion. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social and paid media, and identifying partnership opportunities that expand our client base.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta), TikTok, and Google Ads.
    • Create and execute lead generation funnels for service-based offerings.
    • Identify and build strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive brand awareness and sales.
    • Handle DM (direct message) marketing, outreach campaigns, and personalized follow-ups with potential clients.
    • Analyze campaign performance data and present weekly or monthly reports on ROI, reach, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to improve website visibility and lead flow.
    • Write and edit marketing copies, proposals, and partnership emails with excellent grammar and persuasive tone.
    • Understand and apply the basics of SEO, keyword targeting, and online visibility to improve inbound leads.
    • Stay updated with current trends in social media algorithms, ad management, and marketing automation.
    • Provide sales consulting insights — helping the agency refine offers, pricing, and customer journey experiences.
    • Work closely with management to plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and retargeting strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (experience can substitute for degree).
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in tech, creative, or service-based companies).
    • Proven experience running Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads with measurable ROI.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to pitch and close.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • Strong Christian values, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Must be based in Nigeria and available to start immediately.
    • 100% remote role with flexible, goal-based working hours.

    About the Role

    • A leading figure in the Nigerian beauty and skincare industry is seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive Executive Assistant to manage her fast-paced professional and personal life.
    • This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, thinks on their feet, and knows how to bring order and structure to a busy executive with multiple companies, projects, and engagements.
    • The successful candidate will serve as the executive’s right hand — handling everything from scheduling to communication, travel, and coordination across business and personal fronts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the executive’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments across multiple businesses.
    • Coordinate communication between teams, partners, and vendors.
    • Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
    • Follow up on tasks and ensure accountability across departments.

    • Mature, emotionally intelligent, and professional in communication and conduct.
