A leading figure in the Nigerian beauty and skincare industry is seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive Executive Assistant to manage her fast-paced professional and personal life.
This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, thinks on their feet, and knows how to bring order and structure to a busy executive with multiple companies, projects, and engagements.
The successful candidate will serve as the executive’s right hand — handling everything from scheduling to communication, travel, and coordination across business and personal fronts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments across multiple businesses.
Coordinate communication between teams, partners, and vendors.
Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Follow up on tasks and ensure accountability across departments.
Handle travel logistics, event coordination, and family scheduling when necessary.
Maintain utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and composure.
Think and act ahead of the executive’s needs — not after.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a CEO, business owner, or senior executive.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Tech-savvy — must be proficient with tools like Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Must be based in Lagos and available to work physically and full-time.
Flexible and hardworking — willing to adjust to changing schedules and work beyond standard hours when needed.
Mature, emotionally intelligent, and professional in communication and conduct.
