Sales Manager – Rice Mill at ARN Foods Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key distribution channels including:
• Institutional sales
• Open market networks
• HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share
• Build strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of customer service and account management
• Drive sales performance and volume targets

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role (must be within a rice or flour mill)
• Strong experience managing institutional, open market, and HORECA channels
• Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion

• Team leadership
