REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
• Experience working with clients in the public sector is required.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

• We are seeking a talented Product Manager with a strong technical background to join our team and lead various projects to successful completion. The Product Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the HR consulting space.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR consultants, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
• Work closely with the software developers to ensure products are delivered.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
