    Sales Executive - FMCG & HORECA Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes, B2B Sales

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client FMCG and Cleaning products for home and personal care division.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, FMCG & HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) particularly in establishing and growing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the FMCG and household product segment.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) clients, and institutional customers.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
    • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 years of B2B sales experience in the FMCG or household products industry.
    • Strong understanding of the FMCG distribution model, market channels, and sales cycle.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a leading aesthetic clinic.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our aesthetic treatments and products, guiding clients through their treatment journey, and achieving sales targets while delivering a premium client experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    Client Consultation & Sales:

    • Educate prospective and existing clients on available aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and packages.

    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, or healthcare.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
    • High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand client needs and tailor recommendations.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings as needed.
