    Sales Executive (Automobile Spare Parts)

    Job Description

    • To drive spare part sales performance within assigned territories by leveraging market knowledge, competitor insight, and customer relationships to achieve volume and revenue targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the company’s range of spare parts.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, fleet buyers, and retail customers.
    • Identify and onboard new dealers and retail outlets in assigned territories.
    • Conduct field visits to promote products, engage prospects, and close sales opportunities.
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends; provide regular feedback to management.
    • Execute trade and consumer promotions to increase brand visibility and product penetration.
    • Support dealers with inventory planning, branding, and retail activations to boost sell-out.
    • Liaise with the after-sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market intelligence updates.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and brand standards in the market.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • 1–3 years of sales experience in the automobile (two-wheeler or three-wheeler) industry.
    • Proven experience working with or selling for rival brands such as Bajaj, TVS, Qlink, Honda, or similar is compulsory.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of motorcycle distribution channels and retail networks across Nigeria.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively.

    Regional Marketing Executive (Automobile)

    Job Summary

    • The Regional Brand Executive is responsible for driving brand visibility, marketing activations, and customer engagement across assigned regions. This role is responsible for execution, consistency, and making sure the brand shows up the right way, every time, in every branch.
    • You will work closely with sales teams, dealers, and marketing leadership to bring campaigns to life and ensure the brand promise is seen and felt.

    Key Roles / Responsibilities
    Brand & Marketing Execution:

    • Plan and execute regional marketing activities, including activations, roadshows, test rides, exhibitions, and community engagements.
    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all branches, dealerships, and touchpoints within the region.
    • Implement national marketing campaigns at regional level, adapting where necessary without losing brand integrity.

    Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with branch teams, sales teams, and regional management to support business objectives through marketing initiatives.
    • Serve as the regional point of contact for all marketing-related activities.
    • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.

    Market Intelligence & Reporting:

    • Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the region.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, campaign effectiveness, and brand visibility to the Head of Marketing.
    • Track activation outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

    Asset & Budget Management:

    • Manage regional marketing materials, branding assets, and promotional items.
    • Ensure proper deployment and maintenance of brand assets across locations.
    • Support budget control by tracking regional marketing spend and ensuring cost-effective execution.

    KPI/Metrics

    • Consistent and visible brand presence across the region
    • Well-executed activations that support sales and customer engagement
    • Strong collaboration with regional teams
    • Clear, timely reporting and actionable market insights.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in marketing, brand management, or field marketing. Experience in the automobile or FMCG sector is a strong advantage.
    • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
    • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
