    Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Offer superior customer service and cultivatrelationshipsip with clients to sell & develop the business utilizing effective selling skills.
    • Achieve monthly sales goals and ls, delivery goals, and creating maintaining a clientdatabase.
    • Utilize strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, and professional attitude in representing the company with integrity.
    • Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to all items in the store.
    • Stay current on interior design trends in their local market and onan international level.
    • Assist all customers in making sale decisions and ensure appropriate order procedures and processing are followed
    • Assist the online sales team of the business in creating awareness online for the business in order to drive sales.
    • Participate in other showroom functions including, but not limited to: training and mentoring others, weekly sales meetings,weekly reports, maintaining showroom appearance, tagging, wrapping and loading light furniture & accessories for clients, answering catalog/price, catalog/price list upkeep, cleaning, and inventory.
    • Attend to other functions as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

    Sales Team Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, and implements an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; plan and develop marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
    • Direct, oversees, monitors, and evaluates the activities of a small team of full-time sales staff.
    • Providemarket research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and management sales forecasts.

    • Represents the enterprise at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Job Description

    • Develop and manage annual sales and operating budgets, regularly monitoring performance to budget parameters
    • Manage both retail and online sales transactions
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Develop, and implement an integrated range of marketing concepts/plans and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
    • Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting.
    • Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.
    • Direct, oversee, monitor, and evaluate the activities of both online and retail sales staff ensuring the look and feel of the brand is maintained.
    • Design and implement strategic plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market
