    Sales Agent (Commission Based)

    Job Summary

    • As an Agent for Paycare Limited, you will be responsible for promoting our business and personal account services to potential clients, with the goal of acquiring new accounts and earning commissions.
    • Your success will be driven by your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and approach potential clients to promote Paycare's business and personal account services.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Paycare's account services.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets by acquiring a minimum number of new business and personal accounts.
    • Ensure that clients receive timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Maintain knowledge of Paycare's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.

    Requirements:

    • Proven sales experience in the financial services industry or a related field not compulsory
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets

    Business and Personal Account Specialist

    • We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Agents to join our team as Business and Personal Account Specialists.

    Responsibilities

    • Guide potential clients in setting up business and personal accounts on the PayCare platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of PayCare's features and functionalities, providing clear demonstrations and troubleshooting assistance.
    • Assist customers with account-related issues, offer personalized recommendations, and provide transaction guidance.
    • Generate leads and advertise PayCare's services in rural areas through networking and referrals.
    • Promote the benefits of business accounts to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients, highlighting advanced features.
    • Educate customers on the differences between business and personal accounts, conducting training sessions or providing informational resources.
    • Verify customer information, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to compliance and KYC regulations.
    • Work closely with the customer success team, sales, and marketing teams to address escalated issues, improve customer satisfaction, and identify potential leads.
    • Track customer engagement, identify opportunities to enhance adoption rates, and provide feedback to management.

    Experience Requirements

    • 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in onboarding, support, or account management.
    • Experience promoting business solutions or financial products tailored to SMEs and corporate clients.
    • Familiarity with KYC processes and financial compliance requirements.

    Educational Qualification

    • High school Diploma, ND, HND, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Sales Specialists

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Promote and sell PayCare’s products and services, such as business accounts, personal accounts, and payment solutions. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive customer acquisition. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into loyal customers.
    • Merchant and Customer Onboarding: Onboard merchants, business clients, and individual customers onto the PayCare platform. Ensure that all onboarding processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
    • Focus on customer retention and loyalty through excellent service and support.
    • Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct research to understand market needs, identify potential customers, and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and adapt sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Use customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve offerings.
    • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Close sales deals efficiently, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company goals.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track personal sales performance and monitor customer acquisition metrics. Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Use performance data to develop action plans for achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with the marketing team to align on strategies that support lead generation and sales growth.

    Experience Requirements

    • (2-5 years):
    • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
    • Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition, including cold calling and networking.
    • Client Relationship Management: Hands-on experience in managing customer relationships and resolving client concerns. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and drive growth.

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • Certifications (Optional): Sales-related certifications, such as Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), are an added advantage.
