    Sales Account Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Account Specialist drives business growth by selling Halogen’s products and services, achieving revenue and expansion targets through strategic development and client relationship management. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client connections, and analyzing sales data to support decision-making.

    Key Accountabilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Deliver sales targets by promoting Halogen’s portfolio of products and services.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive business development.
    • Support the design and implementation of effective sales strategies and plans.
    • Develop presentations and pitches for sales and business development purposes.
    • Track and follow up on business leads to ensure successful closures.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and product development.
    • Manage sales channels and build networks to increase reach and revenue.

    Account Management

    • Build and maintain value-adding relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
    • Handle client issues promptly and ensure efficient resolution.
    • Conduct account reconciliations and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) renewals.
    • Facilitate electronic submission of invoices and promote online payment methods.

    Relationship Management

    • Cultivate profitable relationships with key client staff and stakeholders.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
    • Promote the company’s image positively through client interactions.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing clients.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Conduct market analysis to develop winning sales strategies.
    • Generate and present sales performance reports to support decision-making.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and sales pipeline.

    Marketing Support

    • Contribute to developing marketing materials and support product launches.
    • Assist in marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and client engagement.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
    • Relevant professional certification; an MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
    • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in business development, sales, and account management.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis.

    Consultant, Police Relations

    Job description

    • Responsible for coordinating all operational indices that would support the provision of Secure Mobility services, Armed Guarding, and Emergency Response to Customers.
    • Investigate, supervise and manage investigations in accordance with applicable company policy, industry best practice, and regulatory guidelines. You will also be responsible for intelligence gathering on security operations vulnerabilities, threats, crime trends and reporting to the management.
    • Oversee internal crime management systems, assign, supervise and manage investigations of potential violations of Halogen's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related internal and external corporate investigative matters as designated by corporate security and/or legal services
    • Respond to incidents of crime reported/possible internal issues, coordinate investigations and provide support for clients, their employees and customers alike
    • Investigate incidents in a timely manner, prepare the critical incident report and investigation summary and provide same to senior colleagues
    • Follow up on incidents by aiding colleagues and maintain contact with colleagues and agencies where necessary to ensure completion of investigations.
    • Coordinate investigations with appropriate government agencies and/or appropriate federal law enforcement agencies when required/directed
    • Manage personnel involved in conducting interviews, collect evidence in accordance with applicable laws, record and report the results of these investigations to management.
    • Provide guide and support to the leadership of our Manned Guarding team as may be necessary in managing policemen working with us across our Regions.
    • Assist with the sourcing and negotiating better deals with the Police Authority
    • Collate a detailed database of information as it relates to local knowledge of threats and/or safe havens along Travel routes across the country to make Halogen a repository on useful intelligence for Manned Guarding in the Industry.
    • Maintain Networks for the Halogen Group pan Nigeria by providing a framework on relationship Management with the NPF, and other GSF.
    • Timely Provide aid/assistance to clients of Halogen and staff towards the release of their assets in the custody of the Police and other Government agencies and obtain the necessary report (s) that may be required by law.
    • Facilitate cordial professional relation between Staff of the Halogen Group and Government Security Agencies (GSA).
    • Provide needed support for us in any investigation where GSF are involved to enable soft landing for our men albeit not necessarily compromising the professional discharge of the duties of the GSF.
    • Support the Group in cases involving GSA in providing the most cost-effective resolutions anywhere within the country.
    • Maintain productive liaison with all security agencies.
    • Use available contacts and influence to have an expounded access to resources that could support our strategic response and investigation activities.
    • Manage relationship with NPF and other GSF with respect to cost optimization and service quality as well as resolve any situation and or conflict between GSA and any of our staff or clients as may be needed.
    • Any other task as may be assigned within the context of security activities
