Job Summary

• We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures that ensure all aspects of Selligate’s operations—delivery agents, merchants, and internal staff—adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across all departments and partner networks.
• Identify potential risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and partners on compliance-related matters.
• Investigate reported violations and ensure prompt and fair resolution.
• Prepare detailed reports for management on compliance performance and risk indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in risk management, audit, or compliance.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, or Compliance Certification) is an added advantage.

• A Content Creator & Social Media Handler creates engaging content, such as text, images, and videos, for various platforms, while a Social Media Handler manages brand presence, engages with the audience, and analyzes performance to refine social media strategies.
• Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, researching trends, writing and editing copy, creating visual assets, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing data to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.

Content Creator Responsibilities

• Content Development: Develop, write, and edit engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, blogs, email, and social media.
• Multimedia Production: Create and edit multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to support marketing objectives.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to create relevant and impactful content.
• Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely publication across digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with other teams (design, marketing) to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

Social Media Handler Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a sense of community and gather feedback.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform features to create resonant content.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics and insights to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements
