    Retail Sales Representatives

    Job Responsibilities

    • Greet and direct customers
    • Respond to inquiries from clients regarding particular goods or services.
    • Compare market features and prices to facilitate purchasing.
    • Cross-sell products.
    • Ensure to stock up the shelves.
    • Work with the retail sales team to deliver top-notch client service (especially during peak times).
    • Let customers know about sales, discounts and promotions.
    • Give the store manager customer feedback.
    • Keep abreast with new goods and services.

    Job Requirements

    • SSCE and OND preferably.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good oral and written English.
    • Cheerful, Proactive, Smart (an extrovert preferably).
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
    • Understanding the retail sales process.
    • Familiar with consumer behaviour principles.
    • Track record to meet given targets.
    • Work flexibility to fit into shifts.
    • Knowledge of industry inventory stock taking.
    • Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
    • Target-driven and highly motivated.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage retail staff.
    • Staff attendance.
    • Training, recruitment and hiring new staff.
    • Attend to office duties as needed.
    • Manage stock levels for office supplies and place orders.
    • Frequently report on office finances and spending upkeep and updating of corporate databases.
    • Set up a file structure for crucial and private company documents.
    • Respond to inquiries from customers and staff
    • Revise office regulations as necessary
    • Keep a company calendar up to date and make appointments.
    • Reserve conference rooms as needed.
    • Send out and keep records of correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Whenever necessary, prepare statistically-based reports and presentations.
    • Make travel and lodging arrangements.
    • Plan internal and external events

    Job Requirements

    • At least three years of work experience.
    • Demonstrated experience working as an administrative officer, administrator, or related field.
    • Knowledge of office administration programs like Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organizational abilities and a willingness to solve problems
    • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
    • Observation of details.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Main Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Write, review, edit, and update content for organisation websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms
    • Conduct research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions in alignment to the brand

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
    • Minimum of 2 years plus proven experience as a Digital Marketer
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Solid understanding and experience running successful Advert (especially on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
    • Excellent Google Analytics knowledge & channel marketing analytics
    • Knowledge about content creation strategy and marketing.
    • A high level of attention to detail and good organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
    • Experience using data from Questionnaires and Survey to determine customer behaviour.
    • The capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Knowledge of blockchain experience is a plus
    • Excellent Research Skills
    • Ability to pitch offers to the hungry market both physically and online.
