As the Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining high retail service standards within the store.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized shopping experiences
Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets
Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is presented in line with brand standards
Process transactions accurately and maintain customer records where required
Support inventory management and assist with stock replenishment activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or luxury retail environments
Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for fashion, luxury, art, and lifestyle brands.
