    Results Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Results Officer to support the tracking, measurement, and reporting of program outcomes.
    • The Results Officer will be responsible for strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across programs.
    • The role will contribute to improving program performance and demonstrating impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools.
    • Track program performance against key indicators and targets.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to measure outcomes and impact.
    • Support the development of results frameworks, logical frameworks, and performance indicators.
    • Prepare periodic program performance and impact reports.
    • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.
    • Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
    • Work closely with program teams to integrate results-based management into project implementation.
    • Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories.
    • Support donor reporting requirements and compliance with monitoring standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation, results management, or data analysis within development or project-based organizations.
    • Strong knowledge of results-based management (RBM) and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
    • Experience with data collection tools and analysis methods.
    • Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
    • Strong report writing and analytical skills.

    Gender Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gender Officer to support the integration of gender equality and social inclusion across our programs and operations.
    • The Gender Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring gender-responsive initiatives, ensuring that all projects promote equal opportunities and empower women and marginalized groups.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement gender mainstreaming strategies across programs and organizational activities.
    • Conduct gender analyses to inform program design and implementation.
    • Ensure gender-responsive planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Provide technical guidance to staff on gender equality and social inclusion.
    • Support the development of policies, tools, and frameworks that promote gender equity.
    • Design and facilitate gender training and capacity-building sessions for staff and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on gender-related indicators and program outcomes.
    • Support advocacy initiatives that promote gender equality and women’s empowerment.
    • Collaborate with program teams to ensure gender considerations are integrated into project implementation.
    • Prepare periodic reports and documentation on gender initiatives and impact.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience working in gender programming, social inclusion, or development projects.
    • Strong understanding of gender equality frameworks and policies.
    • Experience in conducting gender analysis and gender-responsive program design.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
