    Restaurant Manager

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
    • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
    • Drive sales , and improve overall outlet profitability.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with store teams.
    • Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet service and performance standards.
    • Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
    • Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a QSR environment.
    • Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced food operations.

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management across its operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
    • Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables for all outlets and production units.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
