Supply Chain Manager at Uncle Stan's Foods

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables for all outlets and production units.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, avoid stock-outs and wastage across outlets.
• Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Finance teams to align supply planning with business demand.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Prepare and submit supply chain reports (usage, variances, cost analysis).
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Must have prior experience in QSR, Food Business.
• Strong understanding of food supply chains, inventory management, and vendor negotiation.
• Experience managing supplies for multiple outlets or high-volume operations.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
