Responsibilties

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer base
• Identify new business opportunities (corporate clients, events, catering, partnerships)
• Drive sales of bulk orders, outdoor catering, and corporate packages

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Work closely with marketing to promote the brand
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years experience in business development or sales (hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
• Good knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality market
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years experience in elevators, escalators, or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and VFDs
• Experience in installation, testing, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
• Experience with international elevator brands (e.g., Otis, Schindler, KONE)
• Professional certification (COREN or equivalent)
