    Regional Sales Supervisor

    What We Require

    • We are seeking strategic and experienced professionals with at least 7 years of proven sales and market development experience (preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG industries).

    Target Regions and States:

    • Middle-Belt Region: Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, FCT-Abuja
    • North-East Region: Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe
    • North-West Region: Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara.

    The ideal candidate should be:

    • A market builder who understands how to introduce and sustain new products in competitive territories.
    • An excellent negotiator and relationship manager who can establish and maintain strong ties with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, retailers, and end users.
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze markets, identify growth opportunities, and execute structured expansion plans.
    • A self-driven professional who can work independently, set sales priorities, and consistently deliver results without constant supervision.
    • A regional expert, familiar with the geography, culture, and trade networks of the assigned region.
    • A team player with leadership potential who can guide local representatives, junior sales officers, or agents when needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the assigned region.
    • Recruit, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
    • Conduct regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
    • Grow regional sales volume and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
    • Increase product visibility and availability in both retail and project-based channels.
    • Coordinate regional marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and trade activations.
    • Establish long-term relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and institutional buyers.
    • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the head office.
    • Represent Bluenix Paint as a trusted brand ambassador at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in regional sales, market expansion, or business development (paint or building materials background strongly preferred).
    • Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong network of contacts in the target region.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple states in the assigned region.
    • Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and communication (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.).
    • Fluency in English and at least one local language of the region is an added advantage.

    Sales and Marketing Personnel

    Location: Amac, Abuja (FCT)

    Position Overview

    • As a Marketing and Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, building customer relationships, and generating revenue for the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell Bluenix paints and coatings to retail customers, construction companies, and project sites
    • Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings
    • Provide excellent after-sales service and support
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
    • At least 1year of experience in sales or marketing (paint/industrial product sales is an advantage)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate to Dei-Dei, Abuja.
