    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located along Abuja Kaduna express way.
    • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying potential candidates to the onboarding stage.

    Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Documentation Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are currently hiring for the position of HRMS Documentation Officer to support our Human Resources team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring the smooth documentation process within our HR Management System (HRMS).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS database
    • Ensure all HR documentation (contracts, memos, letters, forms, etc.) is properly stored and organized
    • Support the digitization of employee files and records
    • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal HR processes
    • Assist with audits and reporting based on HR data

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1–2 years’ experience in HR support or documentation roles
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in using HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools

    Business Analyst - IT & ERP

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Business Analyst to work as a business processer and collaborate with a cross-functional team to build process in our business Software Solution.
    • He will work closely with the Business and IT team to develop and translate a vision for the business and is responsible for communicating that vision to the IT development team.
    • He will be responsible for helping to shape the roadmap and oversee the execution of the roadmap.
    • This includes defining requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and driving scalability and other business requirements for the ERP.
    • Deep Business process knowledge must be developed to serve all business stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with top management business process owners to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
    • Maintain an appropriately prioritized project tracker of user wish list for implementation.
    • Work with stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for application / product development cycles.
    • Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and design great features for our stakeholders.
    • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
    • Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, higher or the equivalent, preferably in relevant technical fields such as Computer Science, Analytics, etc.

    Experience:

    • Experience with ERP system technology, and deep business understanding of ERP domains.
    • Expertise in communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements, and other information.
    • Preference: 10+years of experience as a product owner / ERP process development / Business process analyst in an Agile development environment.
