    Receptionist

    • We are in need of a Receptionist for our Real Estate company.
    • A Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
    • This individual is responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing client bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries effectively.
    • Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing client needs, and resolving concerns efficiently.
    • Provide information about our products and services.
    • Maintain an organized booking system, manage appointments, and update schedules accordingly.

    Social Media Manager / Content Creator

    Job Description/Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing creative and effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility, drive user engagement, and grow our audience.
    • Creating engaging and shareable content, including eye-catching graphics, videos, and compelling copy, that aligns with our channel's vision and resonates with our target audience. This includes expertise in using CapCut and other video editing tools, as well as Canva for graphics.
    • Leveraging the latest short-form video trends on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to attract new audiences and enhance user engagement.
    • Engaging with our audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build a strong and active community around our channel.
    • Utilizing data-driven insights and analytics to optimize content performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize our channel's reach and subscriber base.
    • Initiating and managing collaborations with relevant influencers, content creators, and partners to expand our channel's exposure and reach new audience.
    • Collaborating with all teams, including the agents, management, marketing, short stay, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
    • Overseeing social media accounts' design, including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout, to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.
    • Suggesting and implementing new features, promotions, and competitions to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet ranking for web content.
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application across various outreach channels.
    • Skills in branding, graphic design, social media promotion, and Google ads.

    Company Driver

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.
    • Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed.
    • Adhere to road safety rules and regulations.
    • Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
    • Ensure that vehicle is always kept clean by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
    • Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor.
    • Report any instance of mishap or accident to supervisor.
    • Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refuelling the car(s).
    • Report any case of accident, injury, or damage of vehicles to the supervisor.
    • Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
    • Providing accurate time records of the movement of the company vehicle(s).
    • Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.

    Requirement

    • Minimum of 5 years driving experience.
    • A valid driver’s license
    • Clean driving record.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
    • Extensive knowledge of local roads and routes.

    Required Competencies:

    • Keen attention to details.
    • Ability to effectively use maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., rush hour)
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
    • Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy luggage, packages, and objects, as well as be able to load and unload them from their vehicle
    • Exceptional time management skills to stay on schedule.
    • Sound organizational skills to keep track of vehicles’ movement
