    Real Estate Broker

    Job Summary

    • The Real Estate Broker is responsible for managing real estate transactions, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing of properties, and ensuring all legal and financial processes are followed.
    • He/she will be incharge of a team of real estate agents and manage various tasks such as marketing, negotiations, and client relationships.
    • He/shewill also ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide expert advice in property investments.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including listings, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Estate Managementor a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a real estate agent or in a related field.
    • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and acquisitions.
    • Familiarity with real estate contracts, regulations, and financing options.
    • Experience using real estate technology platforms, CRMs, and listing services.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
    • Must have reliable transportation for property showings, client meetings, and other activities.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
