    Radiotherapist

    Job Description

    • We are a healthcare service provider focused on cancer treatment and care. We are equipped with the most innovative cancer therapy solutions, making way for curative and palliative treatments to be delivered in Nigeria.
    • We provide patients with a multidisciplinary team approach for the management of all types of cancers, and we work with highly qualified specialists across various disciplines, allowing the center to offer cancer care of the utmost quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Radiation Oncologists and Physicists in developing treatment plans for cancer patients.
    • Prepare patients for CT simulation.
    • Carry out CT simulation and send acquired images for contouring.
    • Inspect radiation equipment and devices to ensure they are operational and function effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines procedures and standards to prevent undue exposure of staff and patients to radiation.
    • Keep records of treatment information such as radiation dosage, equipment settings and patient’s response to radiotherapy.
    • Monitor patients to check for the side effects of their treatments and make appropriate recommendations or changes to their treatment.
    • Provide an offline review of patents by supervision and make necessary adjustments where necessary.
    • Dispense radiation dose during brachytherapy treatment.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography with a PGD in Radiotherapy with 2-4 years of experience in clinical practice.
    • Must be licensed by the Radiographer registration board of Nigeria (RRBN).
    • A Radiographer with Diagnostic experience and interest in Radiation Therapy.
    • Previous exposure to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA fellowship, seminars and workshops).
    • Hands-on knowledge and experience in Brachytherapy will be an added advantage.
    • Previous attendance in ARN conferences or any RRBN continuous development programme is an added advantage.
    • S/he must be able to communicate (read and write) in the English language. The ability to speak another local language will be an added benefit to the role and unit.
    • An excellent team player with good time management skills.

    Business Development Associate

    Job Responsibilities
    Business Development Support:

    • Assist the Business Development Lead in executing strategies to increase revenue and expand the Centre’s client base.
    • Research and identify potential partnerships, referral sources, and business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
    • Support the negotiation of contracts and partnerships in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Prepare and organize presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Track and follow up on business leads and client inquiries.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Help manage client accounts by ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
    • Assist with organizing networking events and representing the company at external engagements.
    • Work with internal teams to address client feedback and improve the overall client experience.

    Marketing and Communications:

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to raise the visibility of the Centre.
    • Collaborate with team members to create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Support the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing patient footfall and brand visibility.
    • Monitor and report on social media engagement and website traffic.
    • Assist in updating the company website with current and relevant information.
    • Contribute to the management of social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular updates to the Business Development Lead.
    • Help in creating marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, and videos
    • Support the organization and promotion of Centre events to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or business development role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
    • Familiarity with clinical services or healthcare operations will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business opportunities effectively.
