    Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level)

    Job Summary

    • The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing project costs, preparing bills of quantities, and ensuring that the financial management of interior and construction projects aligns with timelines, budgets, and company objectives.
    • This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk and cost management.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates based on design drawings and specifications.
    • Evaluate tender documents and subcontractor quotations.
    • Monitor ongoing project costs and report any variances from the budget.
    • Support procurement processes and negotiate with vendors to optimize cost efficiency.
    • Prepare valuations, progress claims, and final accounts for projects.
    • Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure all variations and project changes are captured and costed.
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts and value engineering analysis.
    • Conduct site visits to verify work progress and resolve cost discrepancies.

    Qualifications

    • BSc / HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
    • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in interior design or construction environments.
    • Membership of NIQS or other professional bodies is an added advantage.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong understanding of cost control and contract administration.
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX).
    • Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out materials and methods.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

    Interior Designer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to create exceptional design solutions that align with client needs and brand standards.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, creativity, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise clients on space planning, layout, furnishing, and color coordination
    • Analyze client briefs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and control books
    • Produce working drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools
    • Conduct site measurements and oversee installation progress

    Client & Project Management Lead – Interior Design

    Job Summary

    • The Client & Project Management Lead plays a central role in managing the seamless execution of design projects, ensuring excellent client relationships while maintaining the operational backbone of the design studio.
    • This role merges project execution, client servicing, and administrative coordination into one function to ensure efficiency, alignment, and quality delivery from concept to completion.

    Essential Job Function

    • Serve as the primary liaison between high-value clients and internal design/project teams.
    • Oversee project kickoff, schedule tracking, resource planning, and client communication from start to handover.
    • Coordinate designers, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
    • Prepare client presentations, meeting notes, and status reports with updates on timelines, design approvals, and challenges.
    • Ensure compliance with budget, design brief, and quality expectations at every stage.
    • Maintain a well-documented and structured project database (files, drawings, invoices, contracts).
    • Track procurement and deliveries; liaise with logistics and installation leads for timely execution.
    • Attend project sites for supervision, walkthroughs, and client meetings during key phases.
    • Resolve client escalations promptly and ensure high service standards throughout the design journey.
    • Support HR and operations with onboarding, scheduling, and task tracking for internal teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in client servicing, design coordination, or operations within interior design or construction.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong background in interior design, architecture project coordination, or studio operations.
    • Excellent client communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized and analytical with strong follow-through and time management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho).
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is an added advantage.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across teams and sites.
    • Positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and professional discretion.

    Salary
    N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
