    Quantity Surveyor

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure cost-effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, cost analysis, contract administration, and financial control throughout project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
    • Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
    • Prepare tender and contract documents.
    • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering for projects.
    • Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate costs where necessary.
    • Monitor variations and prepare valuation reports.
    • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants for effective project delivery.
    • Prepare financial and progress reports for management.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant work experience.
    • PMP certification or currently in view is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
    • Good understanding of construction processes and project management.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

    Structural Engineer

    We are seeking a competent and experienced Structural Engineer to oversee structural engineering projects, site inspections, construction supervision, and structural system improvements. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with engineering, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, analyze, and supervise structural systems and construction projects.
    • Prepare structural drawings, layouts, calculations, and technical documentation.
    • Conduct site inspections and ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
    • Monitor project progress and provide technical support where necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams for successful project delivery.
    • Identify structural issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
    • Prepare technical reports and project updates.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant work experience.
    • PMP certification or currently in view is mandatory.
    • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
    • Knowledge of construction methods and structural analysis is an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of structural systems, site supervision, and project execution.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
