Our client, a reputable organization in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a competent and experienced Control Room Operator (CRO) to monitor, control, and optimize production operations while ensuring safe and efficient facility performance.

Requirements.

• Participate in emergency response activities and incident management when required.
• Escalate operational issues and deviations to relevant personnel for timely resolution.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Control Room Operator within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience operating DCS, SCADA, or similar process control systems.
• Strong understanding of production operations, process monitoring, and plant safety systems.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
