    Proposal Writer (Tech Solutions & Services)

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong technical background to join our team. 
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and prior experience in crafting compelling proposals for technology services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research, write, and edit high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and other business documents.
    • Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and leadership to understand project requirements and craft compelling proposals.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives tailored to clients' needs.
    • Analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop structured, strategic, and competitive responses.
    • Ensure all proposals align with company goals, client expectations, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, OR significant experience in a tech-focused proposal writing role.
    • Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in proposal writing, technical documentation, or business development in a tech company, agency, or consulting firm.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them clearly.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
    • Collaboration & Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Content Lead & Media Growth Marketer

    Job Overview

    • We need a dynamic and versatile Content Lead & Media Growth Marketer to lead the charge in creating engaging, niche-focused content and driving audience growth for our meme pages and client campaigns.
    • This role combines the creativity of a content strategist with the analytical mindset of a growth marketer, ensuring that our content captivates, engages, and expands our target audience. 
    • As the business grows, this role will lay the foundation for scaling our content, marketing, and sales efforts across additional niches.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Creation and Strategy:

    • Develop a comprehensive content strategy for meme pages, aligned with brand goals.
    • Oversee the creation of engaging, viral, and niche-specific content, including memes, videos, and graphics.
    • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.
    • Collaborate with freelance designers, video editors, content curators, and other creatives as needed.

    Growth Marketing:

    • Execute strategies to grow page followers, engagement, and audience reach organically and through paid ads.
    • Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to optimize content performance and understand audience behavior.
    • Experiment with new content formats, posting schedules, and community engagement tactics.
    • Stay updated on trends and industry best practices to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

    Analytics and Optimization:

    • Track and report key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Use data to identify growth opportunities and improve content and marketing strategies.
    • Conduct A/B tests on campaigns to refine audience targeting and ad performance.

    Offline Marketing and Sales Integration (Future Responsibility):

    • Develop offline marketing campaigns and partnerships to promote the brand and its content.
    • Coordinate sales strategies with the eventual sales team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition.

    Collaboration and Team Development:

    • Work closely with the Founder/CEO to align content and growth strategies with business goals.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing.
    • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
    • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and AI-based marketing tools.
    • Knowledge of paid ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
    • Strong understanding of meme culture and viral content creation.
    • Ability to guide designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
    • Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
