    Project Manager

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
    • Track project costs in order to meet budget
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

    Required Skill/ Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
    • 4-5 years of relevant experience in project management
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

    Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer

    Role Summary

    • We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts.
    • You will be responsible for creating contents, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
    • As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
    • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

    What You Should Have

    • Must possess a minimum of First Degree in Marketing or any related field
    • 3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role in the Sales department
    • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
    • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    • Must be well organized and demonstrate good attention to detail
    • Experience in building a good relationship with clients
    • Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skill.
    • Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies
    • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking and reporting on the results

    Finance and Accounting Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Maintaining accounting ledgers.
    • Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts.
    • Coordinating with legal counsel for the preparation and filing of CAC accounts.
    • Preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for CBN.
    • Strategic priorities:
    • Preparing Full Year Financial Accounts.
    • Coordinating with external auditors for the preparation of audited financial statements.
    • Co-ordinating with Tax consultant for the preparation and filing of tax accounts
    • Contributing to the development of financial control procedures.
    • Contribute to the Corporate Finance and Strategy Objectives of the company.

    Job Requirements

    • At least five years of experience as an accountant
    • Minimum Educational Requirement: B.Sc (strictly in Accounting)
    • Preferable previous experience in the Financial Sector
    • Must have relevant certification in accounting.
