    Fleet Officer, Documentation - Abeokuta

    Description

    • Liaise with Vehicle licensing and insurance companies to ensure that all the vehicles’ documentation in the fleet is valid and up to date.
    • Process claims for Theft, Accidents, Fire, or any damages to the Vehicles in the fleet. At least 10 per month.
    • Prepare and issue vehicle documents upon request (Activation, Completed Hp, etc) 
    • Store and archive physical vehicle documents for safekeeping and record-keeping purposes.
    • Scan of all vehicle documents and easy accessibility onsite and remotely. 
    • Collaborate with the welfare officers to resolve Champions’ resolutions related to documentation. 
    • Support Champions to retrieve their vehicle documents for renewal purposes or other reasons.
    • Capture documents' expiry dates, and track them for renewal purposes. 
    • Prepare a monthly renewal schedule and get invoices from vendors.

    Requirements

    A minimum of One(1) year of related experience,

    • Minimum 0-1 year experience in a similar role
    • Must understand the local dialect of the business territory
    • Proficiency in other languages is added advantage
    • Good analytical and organizational skills with experience
    • He/she should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.
    • Must possess strong methodical approach to complete the assigned work
    • Attention to details.
    • High Interpersonal skills

    Fleet Officer - Setup & Activation (ILorin)

    Description

    • Maintain a record of all new vehicles delivered to the premises
    • Maintain documentation detailing all setup-related processes from delivery to activation
    • Responsible for the timely setup of vehicles
    • Responsible for all processes from the initial delivery of vehicles until the vehicle is activated
    • Liaise with required 3rd party contractors to handle painting, branding, and other required processes to ensure vehicles are set up promptly.
    • Liaise with the Documentation team to ensure that Vehicle plate numbers, insurance, and other documentation are delivered appropriately to ensure timely activation
    • Responsible for following up the setup process until the vehicle is activated
    • Upload the accurate vehicle details into VAMS as soon as the vehicles are delivered into the facility and subsequently until the vehicle is ready for activation
    • Sort and arrange for vehicles that are designated for other locations and follow up delivery until the vehicles are delivered correctly.
    • Manage and maintain a record of all vehicle VINs upon delivery
    • Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills•
    • Good understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices•
    • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace •
    • Good understanding of fleet management
    • Critical and Analytical thinking
    • Accuracy and Attention to detail
    • Confidentiality and Thoroughness

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline.
    • Mechanical Engineering is preferred
    • 2 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in fleet management

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and advice on business initiatives

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
    • 2-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment
    • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office
    • Experience in the mobility or technology industry is a plus
