    Project Manager

    Summary

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall implementation of the Autogas project.
    • The Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders, and project teams to achieve common objectives.
    • S/he will provide strategic direction and leadership for the successful execution of the project.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the successful execution of the project.
    • Monitor and evaluate the project's progress and impact, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate and participate in project meetings, workshops, trainings, and field visits.
    • Ensure the integration of environmental sustainability principles in all project activities and outputs.
    • Any other duty as required by the Project Director

    Educational Requirement

    • A relevant Bachelor’s degree
    • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc. is an added advantage.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years experience in managing complex and large-scale projects
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality project results and impact, within the specified timeframe and budget.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Excel, etc.
    • Familiarity with Autogas or alternative fuel projects is a plus.
    • Experience in conducting project monitoring and evaluation, as well as preparing and presenting project reports and deliverables.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential project information.

    Electrical Engineer

    Summary

    • The Electrical Engineer will oversee the design and maintenance of Autogas refueling station electrical systems, ensuring compliance and integration.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop electrical systems for Autogas refueling stations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical components and systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and automation components
    • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical system implementation and installation.
    • Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical solutions for the proposed auto-gas stations.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with the overall refueling station infrastructure.

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems

    Educational Experience

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
    • Certification in PMP is an added advantage.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical system design and implementation, preferably in the energy or transportation sector.
    • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Auto CAD software for electrical design and layout.
    • Experience with power distribution, control systems, and automation.
    • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and their integration into electrical designs.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
    • Familiarity with energy management systems and smart grid technologies.
    • Knowledge of energy storage systems and their application within the framework of refueling stations.
    • Familiarity with environmental and sustainability standards related to electrical system design and operation.
    • Experience in the commissioning and startup of electrical systems in large-scale industrial or energy projects.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    • Minimum of 8 years experience in designing and implementing mechanical systems, preferably with a focus on fueling station infrastructure.
    • Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and material science.
    • Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations related to fueling station operations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Proficiency in structural analysis and mechanical design software, with the ability to create and analyse complex 3D models and perform simulations for assessing mechanical system performance.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific best practices in the design and implementation of fueling station mechanical systems.
    • Strong background in sustainable engineering practices, including designing mechanical systems with an emphasis on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental sustainability within the context of fueling station operations.

    Technicians

    Summary

    • The Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting AutoGas dispensing systems, collaborating with a dynamic team, and providing technical support to end-users and partners.

    Platform Manager

    Summary

    • The position holder will develop and maintain the front and backend of the platform(s). S/he will manage and oversee the operational and technical functionalities of the platform(s) and provide technical support to customers and address any issues related to the platform(s) functionalities.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the platform(s)
    • Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability through regular monitoring and maintenance
    • Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement improvements to the platform(s)
    • Work closely with the customer success team to troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues for our customers
    • Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the platform where necessary.

    • Work alongside Digital Content Coordinator to create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
    • Ensure full compliance on the platform with all laws and regulations especially data protection laws.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor platforms.
    • Any other related tasks as assigned by Manager

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related any field of study
    • Certification in any product/project management methodology

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in product/platform management, with a focus on Human Resource management software or related softwares
    • Ability to use Wordpress, CSS, Javascript and PHP
    • Strong understanding of platform architecture and infrastructure
    • Experience with cloud-based platforms and technologies
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical and business analysis skills
    • Experience with Scurm, ITIL and/or DevOps methodologies
