About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed seamlessly—from planning and client engagement to site supervision and final delivery—while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
• The ideal candidate has strong experience managing high-end residential or commercial interior design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve project challenges.
• Manage procurement and ensure materials and services are delivered according to project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in interior design, construction, or architectural projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience delivering high-end residential or luxury commercial interior projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of monthly revenue targets across the company’s service lines, including sea freight, air freight, import, export, clearing and forwarding, and related logistics services.
• Identify, profile, prospect, and onboard new clients, with a target of at least three new clients monthly.
• Conduct a minimum of eight productive sales calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, enquiries, and service requirements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects and ensure accurate customer records.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing activities, customer engagement, and business opportunities.
• Reconcile client statements of account with the relevant accounts team on a monthly basis.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide relevant information to the business development team.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and enquiries, escalating complex issues where necessary.
• Provide market feedback and insights that can support improvements to products and services.
• Build and maintain a professional company image in all interactions with customers and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of relevant industry requirements, regulations, and commercial practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of a First Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, prospecting, account management, and revenue generation.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Experience within the logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, terminal operations, clearing and forwarding, or related industry is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, and related commercial services.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
