    Project Manager

    Job Objective

    • The project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
    • They plan and designate project resources, oversee budget preparation, monitor progress, and establish effective communication between all stakeholders from the beginning to the end of the project.

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives and utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
    • Prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track costs in order to meet revenue.
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan that ensures technical feasibility and monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
    • Provide project updates and reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
    • Report and escalate unresolved to management as required and needed.
    • Manage the relationship with third party clients both internal and external.
    • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
    • Submit all project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality assurance standards.
    • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
    • Manage and maintain customer satisfaction within the entire project transition period.
    • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Architecture/Building Technology.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • 5+ years of project management, building and construction experience. Interior construction knowledge is a plus
    • People coordination, communication, planning skills.
    • Excellent familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills

    Head, Sales

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the strategy for business expansion in all sectors in line with the organizations goals and strategy.
    • Develop and successfully execute sales strategies to exceed the sales and profitability targets across verticals.
    • Redefine, build, manage and consistently track the pipeline of prospects/leads for timely conversion.
    • Apply technical expertise, excellent market and business management skills necessary for dealing with specific, high-level target audiences.

    Technology Solutions Architect

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • The Technology Solutions Architect (TSA) is responsible for evaluating business needs and determining how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure. The TSA is also involved in bridging communication between IT and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions for business problems. The TSA will also be responsible for designing, describing, and managing the solution engineering to address specific business problems. 
    • The TSA is also involved in both product designing and planning. This includes working with various OEM Partners to drive product utilisation for customers and managing the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The TSA job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the companys overall strategy and goals.

    The Technology Solution Architect is expected to:

    • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
    • Prepare and document testing requirements.
    • Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
    • Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.
    • Build, integrate, and manage software and services across the organization.
    • Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
    • Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
    • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
    • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
    • Be an expert with respect to the competition.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals
    • Perform product demos to customers.
    • Act as a leader within the company.

    Job Requirements:

    • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
    • Experience in a job in the IT market.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Technical background, with experience in IT space.
    • Excellent teamwork skills
