    Program Development Advisor

    The Volunteer’s Role

    • If you are passionate about improving the economic and social well-being of the poorest, most marginalized and vulnerable people, particularly women and girls this role might be for you!
    • As the Program advisor you will work closely with the project team to conduct an Organizational capacity needs Assessment of our partners. You will also help them in developing their capacities via training and recommendations that address sexual and gender-based violence including child, early and forced marriage and gender mutilation

    As a volunteer, you will:

    • Support with conducting Organizational Capacity Assessment
    • Support Partnership Development process
    • Identify and conduct/recommend training in areas of need as exposed during the CAP process.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Program Development, Health, or any other Social Science-related field.

    Essential Background:

    • 1 - 3 years experience in Health and/or Program Management.
    • Skills particularly in Organizational Capacity Assessment, working with groups and teams of professionals, and liaising with government and non-government organizations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience in learning facilitation
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Fundraising and Resource Mobilization Advisor

    The Volunteer’s Role

    • We need your Fundraising skills to help our partners make an impact in their community.
    • As a volunteer, you will work closely with the project team for funding strategy development and deployment. In addition, you will support the team in responding to calls via proposal writing and developing proposals to funders. You will support fundraising ideas and strategies.

    Gender Advisor

    The Volunteer’s Role

    • Are you passionate about gender equality and reducing discrimination against women? if so, this might be the role for you!
    • As the Gender Advisor, you will work closely with the project team to increase the capacity of local partners to develop different training tools and policies related to Gender Equality.
    • Apply to this position and help women find a safe place and help empower them to overcome past experiences.

    As a volunteer, you will:

    • Provide technical support for the development of skills in advocacy strategies and methods for target beneficiaries and partners in relation to the project
    • Assess and map gaps in existing knowledge Management and learning structures in the organization in line with FIAP-SHARE Action Area 1.
    • Work with staff and partners to develop comprehensive processes and systems to capture, share and use knowledge to enable learning in line with the partnership objectives.
    • Support in gender-related program development and fundraising
    • Coach and mentor relevant staff on the implementation and delivery of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion initiatives. strategies

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas (Social Sciences, International Development)
    • Relevant certificates/diplomas in Gender Studies

    Essential Background:

    • At least 2 years of experience working on Gender and social inclusion-related projects
    • Experience in developing and implementing GESI programs for developing countries
    • Excellent oral and writing skills
    • Ability to work on own initiatives
