    Production Supervisor (Decorative Paint)

    Our Client, a BIG Player in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to inject innovative, exceptional, experienced, upwardly-mobile, forward-looking, and economically astute personnel into its various business incubation units to drive the implementation of the Year 2022 plans and achievement of key operational goals set for the year.

    Location:                     Iganmu, Lagos State

    Salary range:              N250k + HMO + Pension

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • First Degree in Chemistry or any related course.
    • Minimum of 7 years Experience in a PAINT manufacturing industry as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
    • Age: 30 - 40years old
    • The applicant must have good knowledge about ISO, HACCP, and Other applicable international standards.

    Attributes

    • Monitor production and coordinate project
    • Plan and draw up a production schedule
    • Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
    • Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
    • Set the quality standards
    • Ensure that the product will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing on budgets with both clients and managers

    • Experience in the paints and coating industry would be an added advantage.
    • 7+ years of experience in similar role
    • Age: 30 – 40 years old
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required
    • Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office suite of software.

    Attributes

    • Analyzing in-process and final samples from production and pilot plant samples, Consistency check on final samples. Protective paint paints samples.
    • Monitor projects on the clients site
    • Analyzing paint samples milled.
    • Evaluating raw materials used for paint production to ascertain suppliers claim on efficacy and efficiency.
    • Comparative analysis on competitors statusquo; raw materials used for paint production.
    • Analyzing paint samples from customers and technical insight on report from analysis to meet S.O.N specifications.
    • Nationwide technical support to customers on the development of new paint/coating products and improvement of existing ones.
    • Auditing of raw materials for production of Styrene Acrylic co-polymer emulsion in the warehouse.
    • Technical visit to customers to introduce new and existing raw materials for paint production.
    • Research and development of new products for customers to aid sales of Protective paint.
    • Testing of raw materials used in the production.

    Job Description

    • Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.

    Country Manager

    Reports to; Managing Director

    Our client an African beverage company is currently seeking an adaptable and experienced manager for its growth phase.

     The Country Manager will lead and manage the operations and expansion of the Nigerian office. This involves taking responsibility for revenue, profit, and quality targets and producing business performance reports to the Board on a periodic basis.

     To succeed in this position, the Country Manager needs to be highly driven and have a desire to build a business from the ground up.

     Duties and Responsibilities
