    Production Planner

    Location: Awka, Anambra 

    Summary

    • This role requires meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills to effectively plan and manage production activities, ensuring efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and continuously revise production schedules based on customer orders, adjusting plans proactively to meet shifting demands.
    • Work closely with the sales team to gain a full understanding of order details, timelines, and delivery requirements.
    • Oversee and balance inventory levels of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
    • Distribute resources effectively, including personnel, machinery, and materials, to achieve optimal productivity.
    • Leverage data and performance metrics to fine-tune production operations and drive process improvements.
    • Ensure clear communication of production schedules across all departments to promote coordination and timely execution.
    • Supervise production activities to ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and output goals.
    • Identify and resolve production issues swiftly, collaborating with relevant departments to minimize downtime.
    • Keep precise and up-to-date records of production operations, inventory movements, and order completion.
    • Prepare and deliver detailed production performance reports, emphasizing key indicators such as efficiency, throughput, and delivery reliability.
    • Implement and uphold best practices in production planning, workflow optimization, and inventory control.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in production and material planning within a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders, machine capacity, and material availability.
    • Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory analysis, and stock optimization techniques.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, production tracking, and reporting.
    • Experience using ERP systems for production planning and inventory control.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in demand, minimizing downtime and operational delays.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant at our facility in Awka, Anambra State.
    • The Accountant will be responsible for all financial related tasks to ensure efficiency in our operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Examine and monitor company expenditures to verify accuracy and alignment with budget policies.
    • Keep detailed records of receipts, invoices, procurement activities, and other financial documentation.
    • Generate expense summaries and submit them for management review.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND in Accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years experience in accounting or related roles.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
    • Proficiency in and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and high level of integrity and professionalism.

    • The HR Executive/ Payroll Administartor should be proactive and organized to support the HR Lead in executing day to day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee engagement.

    Responsibilities
