    Product Sales Representative-Condition Monitoring

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Online Condition monitoring/Vibration monitoring products and services, targeting both existing and prospective clients by conducting regular presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings. ·
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product and service recommendations. ·
    • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of Online Condition monitoring/Vibration Monitoring products. ·
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products. ·
    • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring that they align with customer requirements and company policies.
    • Identify and qualify new sales leads, and actively pursue opportunities for new installations and projects.
    • Propose process optimizations and engineering solutions to clients and negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers, aiming to secure profitable sales agreements. ·
    • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and product training, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention. ·  ·
    • Participate in conferences, and networking events to promote company products and establish a strong presence in the condition monitoring market.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of HND/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in Injection molding plant.
    • Proficiency in Online condition monitoring technology, Online vibration monitoring and protection systems and Reliability practices.
    • Good technical knowledge and understanding of online vibration monitoring products and their applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    In-Process Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-process checks and sampling.
    • Monitor production processes for compliance.
    • Collaborate with production and quality teams.
    • Document and report findings.
    • Assist in SOP development and investigations.
    • Ensure equipment calibration and functionality.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
    • Must have worked as a compliance officer or as an in-process officer in any Food or Pharma  company .
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Production Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • The production Supervisor  must oversee all production operations. 
    • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
    • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
    • Oversee and coach employees
    • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
    • Check production output according to specifications
    • Submit reports on performance and progress
    • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
    • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
    • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a production supervisor in any Food or Pharma  company
    • BSc/ HND in any science related field

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Actively involved in sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Security, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure, and other Value added and professional solutions
    • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Requirement

    • BSc/MSc Degree in Information Technology or related field; Certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset
    • Min of 3 years’ cognate experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive or related role with an Internet Service Provider is a must. 
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Vast experience with sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Security, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure and other Value added and professional solutions
