    Procurment Officer

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing and supply of products and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
    • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain accurate supplier records.
    • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.
    • Maintain compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and budget limits.
    • Work closely with finance and operations teams to reconcile invoices and manage procurement documentation.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools).
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Familiarity with local and international procurement laws and best practices.

    About the Role:

    • We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our team in Lagos.
    • You will play a key role in developing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Interior Architect

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Architect to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior architectural projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable interior spaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design Development:

    • Create innovative interior architecture concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.
    • Develop mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
    • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.

    Project Management:

    • Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
    • Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
