Key Responsibilities

• Job holder shall be responsible for the coordinating and negotiating with suppliers for project materials
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Preparing of purchase orders
• Going on market survey and providing a report on the survey
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Vendor reconciliation to get quality materials.

Key Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the design and build industry or other related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Ofhce Suite (Word. Excel, Outlook)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work well with a team
• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of site visits and team meetings to interpret and resolve design processes
• Breakdown of design brief and coming up with innovative solutions to design challenges while monitoring design process from conception to construction.
• Developing a thoughtful creative vision for all project types, this includes designing event activations, trade showexhibit booths, and environmental projects for clients across diverse industries.
• Creating concepts and designs for high-impact user jaurneys and branded interactive environments, considering guest flow, architectural elements, spatial Interactions, furniture, lighting, and technology.
• Developing mood boards, sketches, 3D models, 3D renders, technical drawings, presentation and event packages,and handling art production.

Key Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture, or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the design and build industry / event industry or other related fields,
• Proficient in Sketch up and Vray
• Creative imagination and ability to think in 3 dimensions
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience in event design will be an added advantage.
