    Procurement Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Lagos.
    • The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with procurement, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, analytical skills, procurement, and contract management.
    • The Procurement Manager will ensure that all procurement processes and procedures align with company policies and objectives, as well as oversee the procurement team.

    • Conduct negotiations with suppliers and vendors for the best possible prices.
    • Select the right suppliers who will provide products that the company needs at the right time and in the right quantity.
    • Ensure that the company gets the best possible terms and conditions for the purchased products.
    • Ordering new supplies when items are at reorder level and sorting out the inventory and logistics of the purchased items.
    • Reviewing and assessing potential suppliers, comparing their products, services, prices, and quality to ensure the best choice for the organization.
    • Play a crucial role in planning and predicting procurement needs based on market trends, seasonality, and business goals.
    • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Handle contract management, ensuring the company’s adherence to all contractual obligations and overseeing the renewal, termination, or renegotiation of contracts as necessary.
    • Maintain an updated knowledge of procurement best practices, market conditions, and product innovations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding procurement activities.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, addressing any issues, and seeking mutually beneficial solutions to challenges.
    • Manage procurement associates’ KPIs to track and improve performance.
    • Preparing and managing the procurement budget, controlling expenditures, and reporting on procurement expenditures and savings.
    • Liaising with key company employees such as the sales team and other stakeholders to determine their product and service needs
    • Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating, supplier agreements, preparation of contracts
    • Leading a team of Purchasing Agents and delegate tasks across departments when necessary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • Relevant certification(s) in procurement and supply chain management is a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the procurement field preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management
    • Proficiency in procurement processes and procedures
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Senior Marketing Manager

    Role Description

    • We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Marketing Manager.
    • The Senior Marketing Manager will be a key member of the executive team and will drive growth through new customer acquisition, retention marketing, and brand awareness.
    • The CMO will design, own, and build a marketing strategy to drive audience and increase the lifetime value of customers through retention marketing efforts, establish brand recognition and consumer trust.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Drive an increase in Shareholder return by ensuring that Marketing Processes are aligned to achieve all elements on the business scorecard.
    • Review Reddington Hospital's corporate strategy and assess resource requirements for Marketing Strategy division to operate effectively and meet set targets, as well as develop a budget for Marketing & Strategy operations.
    • Build a clear and coherent strategy for Customer and Competitor Knowledge to provide an enterprise-level understanding of Reddington's existing customer base to the business and leverage the intelligence to develop value-adding initiatives to support the hospital's goals and revenue objectives.
    • Deliberate ecosystem management to achieve business objectives (value creation), brand value & corporate positioning
    • Develop integrated strategic & tactical marketing plans to address current and future business activities. Monitor and measure results against Reddington business plan, and ensure budget optimization
    • Design a strategic framework for the development of Brand theme communication plans and campaign and put in place the mechanism to track and report back on the image and reputation of the hospital, to enable refinement of communication plans.
    • Oversee marketing campaigns and champion related initiatives to exploit market opportunities that reflect alignment with Reddington’s innovative brand leadership and philosophy.
    • Identify, evaluate, and track the development needs and performance of staff within the division, providing opportunities for staff to build on the company’s investment in their training and improve productivity.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Responsible for defining and positioning business strategies and tactics to ensure objectives are achieved.
    • Responsible for developing, initiating, and following up quantitative & qualitative market research campaigns.
    • Recommend promotional cost budget and ensure that promotional does not exceed the approved budget.
    • Responsible for measuring the efficiency of specific marketing campaigns from quantitative and qualitative aspects.
    • Develop methods to establish, develop & improve customer interface and consumer product marketing
    • Responsible for forecasting potential sales per segment, through research or client purchasing
    • power, identifying customer needs, and taking into account the competitive environment.
    • Ensure marketing activities are compliant with applicable laws
    • Communicate the organization’s culture and image to internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure accurate reporting and inform the Chief Operating Officer of trends.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of an MBA from a reputable business school – a strong plus
    • At least 10 years of experience in corporate marketing, sales marketing, and digital marketing.
    • Prior healthcare-related marketing experience is a strong plus
    • At least 5 years of Senior Leadership experience in a marketing function of a large
    • global/multinational organization/FMCG
    • Deep social media experience and digital savvy with expert-level experience using analytics to
    • drive marketing efforts
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing strategic marketing objectives. Proven track
    • record of strategic business improvement projects
