    Printing Machine Operator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator (Flexo) to join our production team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality prints on nylon materials, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and minimal waste.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate flexographic printing machines for nylon production
    • Prepare printing plates, inks, and substrates according to job specifications
    • Monitor print quality, color consistency, and alignment throughout production
    • Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and minimal defects
    • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
    • Ensure adherence to production schedules and daily output targets
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the printing area
    • Accurately record production data and material usage
    • Comply with health, safety, and quality standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification
    • 2–4 years experience operating flexo printing machines (nylon/packaging preferred)
    • Strong understanding of inks, substrates, and printing processes
    • Ability to identify and resolve print defects
    • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
    • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
