Outdoor Sales Representative (Building Materials) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell building material products within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, and driving sales growth through strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials market
• Visit construction sites, dealers, and retail outlets to promote products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
• 1–3 years experience in outdoor sales (building materials or related industry is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of Lagos market (Lekki axis is a plus).
